Vision Database Systems Introduces new Quick Count feature to PockeTracker Red Green.
VDS is proud to announce brand new functionality called Quick Count to the acclaimed PockeTracker Red Green platform. Now, with just the tap of one button, users are able to see people that have been scanned into the system but have not yet been scanned ‘Out’.
Jupiter, Florida, November 1, 2006: VDS has seamlessly added the new Quick Count functionality into PockeTracker Red Green to give the tracking program even more flexibility and utility. The new module allows one to quickly determine who remains off a bus, inside an area or building with the tap of one button. In addition to the Red screen displayed for an invalid ID and the Green screen displayed for a valid ID, a Yellow screen is displayed for checking people into and out of the system.
Quick Count also affords the capability to see who has yet to leave an event or location. This is useful for keeping track of groups of people in situations like class or group trips, school buses, emergency management and for mustering.
This additional ‘In’ and ‘Out’ function allows for more detailed data gathering and reporting as well as quick, up to the second tracking of who remains checked ‘In’. Knowing this in time of an emergency can save First Responders a great deal of time and energy and help focus their rescue efforts to specific locations and individuals. The uses for Quick Count are numerous and the information that can be obtained at the tap of a button is powerful in its simplicity as well as the information that is provided.
