Vision Database Systems has been providing Attendance solutions for tradeshows, university sporting events and certification courses for years.  Our experience at these events has helped us refine and tailor PockeTracker specifically to handle the needs of large-scale attendance situations.  PockeTracker accumulates the data and stores it in a manner that allows specific, accurate reporting that can be tailored to provide precisely the information needed.  Standard reports include attendance by time, by date, confirming seminars attended per individual and traffic flow throughout the entire event.  It becomes a matter of point and click to determine which seminars were most popular, who is to receive certification for attending ‘x’ number of seminars and which programs need to be re-evaluated due to lack of attendance.

Built into PockeTracker is the ability to deny a second entrance into an event.  Called anti-passback, this optional feature will allow a valid ID meeting ‘Green’ criteria entrance once but will deny any following entry attempts with a ‘Red’ display.  This is perfect for monitoring entry into an event that denies repeated entry such as a sporting event, closed session meeting or training event.
